40ml One-Eyed Rebel
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
20ml Pineapple Juice
5ml Cherry Heering
10ml Apricot Brandy
Shake all ingredients with ice. Fine strain into a stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with two Marschino cherries.

50ml One-Eyed Rebel 1tsp of Demerara sugar 3 drops of Angostura bitters 15ml Apple Juice Orange zest to garnish

10ml Lemon & Lime Oleo
3 Orange Wheels
10 Mint Leaves
Mandarin & Ginger Soda to top
Muddle the mint and orange wheeles with oleo and orange juice. Add crushed ice and rum and then churn. Add more crushed ice and top with soda. Crown with more crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
